Educational Services Agreement

Registration and Enrollment

  • Students must complete a mandatory evaluation session before formal enrollment
  • Registration requires accurate personal information and valid contact details
  • Parents/guardians must register on behalf of students under 18 years old.

Class Policies

  • Regular attendance is mandatory for continued enrollment
  • Classes must be scheduled within designated teaching hours
  • A minimum 3-hour notice is required for class cancellation
  • Missed classes without notice count against the monthly allocation
  • Students must maintain appropriate behavior and respect during sessions

Payment Terms

  • Tuition fees are charged monthly in advance
  • Payment is due by the same date on which the student joins regular classes
  • Multiple payment methods are accepted
  • Non-informed non-payment by the 5th results in automatic suspension
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
  • Special rates for siblings and long-term commitments are available

Instructor Policies

  • almaherublquran.com assigns qualified instructors based on student needs
  • Instructor changes may occur with prior notification
  • Direct arrangements with instructors outside our platform are prohibited
  • Students may request instructor changes at any time if they are not satisfied

Technical Requirements

  • Students must maintain a stable internet connection
  • Minimum system requirements must be met
  • Technical issues on the student’s end do not qualify for make-up classes
  • Our platform must be used exclusively for classes

Privacy and Security

  • We protect student information according to data protection laws
  • Class recordings are stored securely for quality assurance
  • Parent/guardian consent is required for recording sessions with minors
  • Information sharing is limited to educational purposes only

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials are property of almaherublquran.com
  • Materials cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed
  • Students may download materials for personal use only
  • Recording classes without permission is prohibited

Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
  • Curriculum updates will be implemented as needed
  • Price changes require a 30-day advance notice
  • Service improvements may be made without prior notice

Termination

  • Either party may terminate services at any time
  • Violation of terms may result in immediate termination
  • Unused class credits will be handled per the refund policy
  • Academic records will be provided upon request

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through friendly consultation
  • Mediation services are available if direct resolution fails
  • The applicable law of the student’s jurisdiction applies
  • Legal proceedings as a last resort
